Review: I recently purchased a car at Yes Auto for a certain price. I had a trade in vehicle that they offered me $5300 for. We signed contracts and they were supposed to register my car for me. 2 weeks later, still no registration, they called me and said they wanted $800 more dollars from me or they wouldn't register my car even though we both signed a contract. I contacted the local police but they said that it was a civil matter and I would have to bring them to court. When I asked what the money was for, they said it was for engine repair, which there was nothing wrong with. 2 weeks before I traded my car in, I had it services for new brakes and made sure the engine was strong, which I have a receipt for, but that's besides the point, they signed a contract. My husband got on the phone with them and settled to give them $500 after the contract had already been signed just so I could have a registered car to drive so I wouldn't be stuck. The bank check has been paid to them which I have copies of. Car still isn't registered, hopefully it will be by next friday.Desired Settlement: If I could have it my way, I would like the $500 back that they left us no choice to pay just so we could have a registered car, but I would settle for a them to be on your website and others that watch out for consumers.
