Yellowstone Valley Inn RV Park

These people booked through a 3rd party booking agency and lied on their reservation information to get the lowest rateThey booked for adults and no pets so we put them in one of our newly remodeled cabins where we do not allow petsWhen they arrived they had adults, child and dogs!!
Our cabin rooms have double beds and are not large enough or designed to handle people let alone people with dogsAll our rooms were booked for the night so I had no option but to send them on their waySince they booked through the 3rd party they had to go through that booking agency to cancel their reservationWe have refunded all the money they paid us after we were assured we would not be charged a commission by the booking agency since we were given information at the time the reservation was madeIt takes about weeks for the credit to show on their credit card statementOur goal is for all our guests to have a great experience but when we're given the wrong information on a reservation that goal is not always possible to achieve
