Review: I purchased a product on July [redacted]. On the [redacted] of July I noticed it was defective. I called the store and asked them if they could exchange it. They told me no that they didn't have that product in stock. The product was a support braket for my A/C so I had to replace it right away from another store. A week later on August [redacted] I went to the store to obtain a refund and they refused to give me a refund because it was more than 14 days. I understand they have a 14 day return policy but a product that is defective should be covered for at least 30 days. 14 days is just not reasonable. Somebody could have been injured because they are selling defecyive products and refusing to exchange them. I gave them a chance to exchange the product and to refund me my money and they refused to do both.Desired Settlement: I would like a $40 refund for this product.

I was unaware of this problem because I work at another location of our business.

Upon receipt of the complaint I called [redacted] and said I wish I had known of the problem so I could resolve the issue. I told her to return to the store for a complete refund. She was happy with that and the conversation was left on good terms.
