Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:We paid the negotiated price in full at time of completionWe will not sign an agreement to pay more money as the payment has already been madeIf they want to come repair the sign as paid, we will pay the tax due on the quote to completely fairHowever we are not paying by the hour to trace down problems that did not exist when they began work Regards, [redacted]

Quantum Electric is willing to return to see if it is a warranty issueIf it is we are willing to make repairs at no charge under warranty If however their is a new problem the customer will be billed accordinglyAlso Mr [redacted] must sign work order paperwork to this affect
