Yellow Pages Group is the absolute worst company I have EVER had the misfortune of dealing with for advertising. As the owner of 2 small business in BC we were delighted to try Yellow Pages and expand our reach in our area. The services we were promised were not delivered and it took numerous phone calls over several months to finally reach a resolution. They spelled our business names and personal names incorrectly to top it all off. Finally we were told we would get the $ we paid back for the year of advertising. The cheque took them over 6 months to get to us! Yellow Pages is a joke from start to finish! Save yourself the time and energy and advertise elsewhere!
