Review: A representative from [redacted] called my place of employment under the guise that they represented Yellow Pages. They asked me if I would like to keep my ad the same as last year and went on to tell me the details of the ad. I assumed incorrectly that I was speaking to a representative from Yellow Pages with whom we do business with. They sent me an invoice for $400+ and I realized that this was not a business that we deal with and for a service we did not want, so I did not respond. They called me again on 6/** and wanted me to settle the bill because they have a recording of me authorizing the transaction. I told them that we did not want this service and they informed me of a $285 cancellation fee. They invoiced me for $285, but the invoice does not reflect the cancellation. This is a scam.Desired Settlement: Although I have not paid this bill, I do not want their services nor will I settle the invoice for this fraudulent service. I am not asking for my money back, I do not want to pay.

Review: I have started an advertisement with yellow page for the last 3 months. I have paid them over $400. It was an over phone contract for 1 year. They guaranteed me that I will receive calls and emails from the customers. However the past 3 months I have not receive any calls or emails. When ever I tried to get in contact with my sales representative, it seems like they ignoring me. For the past 1 and a half month I'm trying to get in contact with him but no responds. Then I called the customer care, they keep on telling me I will be getting a call in next 48 hour but I never received any calls. Then I told them that since I'm a high school student I don't have the money to pay for their service unless I receive any progress but it still the same. I want to cancel my account with but they always ignoring me. Being a senior in high school I have to pay for my college application, so I keep telling them this, as if they don't care. I would like to know if you guys can help me fix this. It will be really appreciated.
