Review: On August 15, 2014 called them to come and look at a hot water tank that was not working in my apartment. The technician came and ripped apart the hot water tank and said that he couldnt fix it. He said call an electrician. The company then sends me a bill for 85.00. It was a Friday after 5:00 and the employee didn't want to fix it. After Yeagers employee left I called another Heating/HVAC Service and they came and fixed the problem in 10 minutes. It turned out to be the wires inside the hot water tank that connect to the elements of the hot water tank. After Yeagers employee told me I needed an electrician, I consulted with an electrician who inturn said that my problem was in no way related to an electrical problem.I tried to call Yeager's office but they didn't want to listen to anything I had to say. Their office personal know about as much as their technicians! That is nothing!Desired Settlement: I want the general public to know what kind of fraudulent activities Yeagers Heating Service is providing. Poor customer service and no knowledge about HVAC or heating services. I can't believe they are still in business.

Response:
The technician responded to an after hours service call of no hot water at Mr. [redacted]s address. He found that the wires that connect the electric water heater to the breaker panel had the insulation melted off to about four inches from the end of the wires.
