YCity Property Improvement Group

Y-City Property Improvement Group has failed to keep their property at *** in liveable conditions. I was going to rent said property and had issues with the water flowing into the ground instead of the building. Since I was only renting a portion of the building I assumed there were separate utility meters. This was not the case. There is one meter for each utility and the property manager was trying to rent the second unit without separating the utilities. I was never able to move in due to this and they refuse to refund any monies and tried to evict me from an apartment that I paid them for and never got to live in.
