I am very displeased with Yates Service of Memphis The technician/owner left the front door of my home open and my dogs escaped They were put in the house so he could work on the AC in the backyard so he knew they were inside When he was made aware of what happened he said he didn't leave the door open and expressed no concern and offered no apology After long hours and very upset children, the dogs were found miles away

I am very displeased with Yates Service of Memphis. The technician/owner left the front door of my home open and my 2 dogs escaped. They were put in the house so he could work on the AC in the backyard so he knew they were inside. When he was made aware of what happened he said he didn't leave the door open and expressed no concern and offered no apology. After 4 long hours and 3 very upset children, the dogs were found 4 miles away.
