Review: Rented a storage unit from [redacted]. The unit leaked causing water damage to a number of items in storage including an antique mirror, mattresses, box spreads and a bed spread. Despite photo evidence to the contrary, the business maintains that the unit doesn't leak after an inspection by one of their own "technicians." There are also multiple witnesses that could attest to the before and after condition of the items that were damaged.Desired Settlement: I am asking for a reimbursement of the cost to repair the mirror, which was $165.34. I'm not requesting any sort of restitution for the bedding materials, all of which were unrepairable.

At this time, I have been contacted by Yates Properties, LLC regarding complaint ID [redacted]. They have agreed to reimburse me for the water damage to the beveled glass mirror. However I have not received the check from them yet so the matter is still unresolved from my perspective. I can let you know if and when I do receive the check so that we can close this matter out.
