Review: This company has sent us a billing invoice in the amount of $495.26 dated for an order we did NOT place on 11/7/2013. The bill was addressed to Britthaven of Havelock. We changed company names over 2 years ago. The person listed on the account as who ordered it has not worked here in at least more than 4 years if not longer. I am the only person in my facility that would have the authority to make a purchase of this type and I did not make this purchase for advertising services.Desired Settlement: I would like no further correspondence from this company who is falsely billing for services I did not purchase.

Review: I received a bill from YAPD for services that were not ordered for $494.99. I never contacted the company for services.

The [redacted] Clinic received a bill for $494.99 from YAPD.

The information on the bill is as follows: Order Number [redacted]. Order date 11/08/2013. Representative from YAPD was [redacted]. Conctact Person from [redacted] Clinic was [redacted] who does not work when the stated transaction date was posted by YAPD. It appears to me that they randomly got our business name and produced and sent a fake bill to us. The address on the bill is YAPD 1911 Douglas Blvd., Suite 85-155, Roseville, CA 95661.
