Hello, Egzon from Yantic Auto Center hereI am responding to a complaint filed under reference ID #- ***This is in regards to Customer *** ***I would like to respond by stating that the issues Mrs*** experienced with us have been resolved. The spare tire that
she claimed was missing was actually in the back bay of the vehicle.(It was in the vehicle the entire time.) Also, the air bag sensor issue arose after she purchased the vehicle and we fixed the issue promptly at her best convenienceLastly in regards to the paper work complaints from Mrs***, she was notified by us that as soon as we received all of the necessary finance documents, she would then receive the contract from the lenderP.SHer complaint of the owner never being present is impertinent Our management and employees attempted to assist Mrs.*** to their utmost ability
