I have been purchasing my candle wicks from Yaley since I began my hobby more than 10 years ago. Recently, I tried placing my usual order only to get a complete run around for over a month. After calling and speaking to someone and emailing several times, I was finally sent a response saying they were out of them. My order was pushed aside and I was not treated as a valuable customer. My orders may not be large but I was loyal - but no longer.

I ordered the Spanish scripture plaster molds and the products are what I ordered. The excellent, personal customer service they offer is rare. I asked that they email me before shipping so I could make sure someone would be available to receive my order, and they did exactly that. Please look at their website.
