Review: I went to yale surgical back in novenber 2012 which I was fitted for shoes and othothics which my insurance paid I have huskey d. I went there on monday [redacted] XX XXXX, to see if I could purchase another pair , My insurance only covers one pair a year since I wear the shoes everyday they got worn.So I purchanced a pair on on [redacted] 20, 2013 I paid $154.21 . On the reciept it said no refunds after 48 hours all refund are store credit. I worn the shoes out of the store and went home. Did not wear them to work until wednesday I'm a hairdresser so I stand all day well by noon I could stand the pain so I went back there when I got out of work at 3:00 I didn't want the money I wanted to try a different pair .they said I worn the shoes outside and I couldn't returned them .They offer to strectch the shoes I didn't like the way they fit I didn't think that would work so They told me they could do anything for me I think this is really bad buisness it wasn't a fashion thing I need surery on my foot and can't afford to be out of work right now. Can you help me at least get another pair of shoes that I paid for ?

To whom it [redacted] concern,
After speaking with my staff it is my understanding that Ms. D'Addio attempted to return shoes which were well worn,(scuffed uppers,gum on the soles and pebbles in the tread) for a refund. As was explained to her there is and has been a 48 hour return policy in effect for as long as I can remember. However, that doesn't mean we will not make it right for her. We will adjust, modify or exchange the shoes she purchased but will not provide a refund on shoes that cannot be placed back in stock unless the shoes have proven to be defective. I will even go so far as to offer her a store credit for the full amount of her purchase. I hope that this will satisfy [redacted] and Please have her contact me directly.
