Our customer service department responded to his first call by consulting the catalog picture also.? ? But upon further investigation, it was discovered that the ½ oz used different beads.? It was not our intent to confuse our customers ? The product in question has never been produced with a round bead.? It utilizes a square bead ? The catalog image is of a different size, not the ½ oz.? ? Because of limited catalog space we do not picture every size and color.? We do not state on that page which size is featured ? Also, please note on the inside cover of our catalog we state “Yakima Bait Coreserves the right to initiate product changes without prior notice” ? We have offered the customer a refund, which he has refused.? ? We only have the one type of bead available for this size, so have no way to produce as requested ? Please see attached images of our two catalog pages mentioned above ?

We will be happy to refund cost of goods plus original shipping charges He may keep the product and not incur return shipping expense
