I contacted Freedom Heating and plumbing to fix my water heater, I explained why it wasn't working properly and since whenI gave them the make model of the water heater and asked if they serviced this brand and type of water heater, the rep from Freedom H&P advised me they did service themOn 6/27/when the technician came out he was there a short time and advised me he attempted to turn the water heater on and off but it did workthe technician advised me that Freedom H&P does not work on my kind/brand of water heaters and my options were to fix it myself or I could buy a new one from them and they would install it for around $2,I advised the technician that I would find someone else to fix it, the Technician advised me it was going to cost me $for them coming out, I asked him why I should pay because he didn't do anything and couldn't do anything because they don't service my water heaterI gave the Technician my credit card information but requested a receip
