We have used Yager Construction for the past 4 years for major renovations in our home which have included 2 bathrooms, a major upgrade to the kitchen, installing engineered hardwood floors, crafting a new bannister in the entrance way and major upgrades to the deck. The work performed has been exceptional. Upgrade suggestions for improvement were expressed with professional input from the Yager team and solutions to unforeseen problems resulted in cost savings. I have used Yager construction for two projects at my home, as well as for a number of minor repairs. While this organization uses a consultative approach, you can rely on them to be the experts. The approach is not "what do you want us to do and how do you want us to do it." Instead it is "let us know what would you like to achieve and we'll give you the ways you can achieve it along with the pros and cons of each approach." I felt like Jager was partnering with me to get the job done on both occasions. In the second job I did I had a very tight deadline and overly optimistic expectations of what I could get done myself and Jager jumped in of their own volition and completed some groundwork for me that put me in a position to finish the job on time. Aside from these notable specifics, this company is also very good on the other aspects that are important; timeliness, frequent communication, friendly service, transparent pricing, quality and value. I will use them again and again.
