Yackle Concrete

Mr Yackle was referred to us by the pool company to do the patio work 11/2020. Shortly after completion a crack developed 8/2020. After numerous phone calls, emails, no shows a partial repair was done 10/2020. Then we were informed we would have to wait until Spring. Mr. Yackle scheduled a time in April 2021 but once again did not show up or communicate in anyway. He was allowed 1 week to complete this job after that as we did not want to waste another summer with this peculiar type of customer care. He did not respond and was discharged.
I cannot recommend Yackle concrete due to poor communication and no interest in completing a job properly.

SHYSTER ALERT! Scammer concrete contractor alert! It’s pool season DO NOT USE BILL YACKLE It is amazing that Bill Yackle at Yackle Concrete has my yard on his Facebook page and refuses to fix his sinking concrete work! The really cray thing is that he actually told me to my face in 3 separate occasions that he would fix it and stands behind his work! Feel free to inbox me for the details on this shyster! BTW, he will also tell you that he uses 4000PSI concrete but does not. If he does talk you in to using him, make sure you get the concrete truck mix reports! I designed this pool layout and unfortunately hired Yackle to do the surrounding concrete work... Just think of the balls this a**hole has to still use my back yard on his Facebook page! Review: We used Yackle concrete for our kool deck 5 years ago as they are a sub contractor for [redacted] Not more than a year after the deck was installed half of it cracked. We were able to have it repaired for no charge, because it had a year warranty . Last year 2013, it cracked again , this time we had to pay 3200.00 out of pocket. It did take them about 6 months to finally repair it after numerous called to [redacted] Less than I year later some of the same area is cracking again . I called [redacted] on May 8, to inform him , I left a message on his voice mail about the situation and that I also called [redacted] to inform them. [redacted] called me back and was quit annoyed that I calked [redacted],he wanted to know why I calked them , since they don't warranty the product . The reason I got [redacted]involved is because if I did'nt [redacted] would have never called me back. So he then tells me that his crew does not start working until June 1and someone would be out then. I periodically checked in with my contact at [redacted] . She follows up with [redacted] and says.... I told [redacted] someone will be out on a june 1, it's only May 21st. Today , June 10, I called [redacted] to follow up and see when someone will be out to assess the deck. With a terrible attitude [redacted] says to me [redacted] I told you we would be out after June 1.... I said , yes [redacted] it's now June 10, that's why I'm calling, nobody has been here. He then said that he sent an email to me and [redacted] , I told him, I never got it . He said well I sent it to you . [redacted] I never got it. Send it to me again . ( I did get the email today from [redacted] and I was not ccd). Then he proceeds to tell me I'm going to have to pay for them to fix it again. I said that was not fair , it hasn't even been a year since you fixed it the second time. He's trying to tell me that the kool deck was only under warranty the for the first year. I had half my deck replaced last year , why wouldn't that be under warranty ??. Then he hung up on me !!!!!Desired Settlement: He needs to replace the cracked cool deck at NO cost!
