Review: Hello I took my sell phone to this shop for a cracked glass repair,I was told I would be able to pick it up in three days,I paid in full out of good faith and to insure that my product would be handled in a reasonable amount of time.Feb [redacted] 2014 was the date I paid for their service which was seventy Dollars.I returned several times to try and get my phone and was told that the glass was not delivered yet.I am in a contract with t-mobile and pay them one hundred and forty dollars for my lg-500 ticket no.[redacted] I am paying for a phone that is being held by Y2K Tech,Inc.Can you please help me get my phone,its a life line for the nurses to contact me about my wife care who is bed bound this is very un fair how they are treating me please help me.Desired Settlement: I would like my phone returned to me repaired or give me my phone and money back or another phone with equal value and data with the supporting case please.

Review: I purchased an item from this store but was unsatisfied with my purchase. I attempted to go back and return the item to get my money back, but the business refused. Nowhere on the receipt does it say that refunds are not allowed. Nowhere in the store does it say that refunds are not allowed. The product is in the same condition as when I bought it - it has never been used. I do not understand why they refuse to give me back my money!Desired Settlement: All I am asking is for a complete refund. I no longer want this product. All I am asking is for them to give me back my money.
