Review: I went to the local launromat, I needed bleach so I asked the woman to give me one. I placed it on top of my laundry bag. A second later I noticed the bleach was leaking and had gotten onto my [redacted] dress. I asked her why she didnt check if the bleach was closed and she tried to emply that I must of did that myself. I asked to be comped for the dress and she refused. She was very rude and just kept telling me to check that all the bleach bottles she has are closed. She wouldnt even offer to credit me for my laundry. As a business owner she was very rude and just kept yelling at me in [redacted].Desired Settlement: I would like them to refund me $90 that I paid for the dress, or at least credit that for laundry, as this was completely not my fault.
