fraud company. They changed the roof for me in 2015. But it has been leaking and even damaged my wall.I tried to contact him. he just came over once and told me that it was a neighbor's problem. he didn't answer the phone later. now I need spending money to repair it.I don't know where can punish them,they are really a fraud company.

I live in Matteson, IL. I had a new roof put on by YH roofing in 2017. It began to leak less than a year after it was installed. I tried contacting YH roofing to resolve the issue. The insurance claims specialist number that I had was no longer in service. When I called the main office the individual wanted to challenge me on whether or not they put the roof on for me. He said that they were doing a big job in Schaumburg, Ill. and he didn't know when he could get around to sending someone out to repair damage. In the end I was forced to have someone else repair the leak in an effort to prevent additional damage to the interior drywall and possible fire hazard since the water was leaking around the ceiling recess lights. I urge you to look elsewhere, do not deal with these people, they do not stand behind their work. I will be sending a letter out to the Village Halls and the Insurance companies to warn them of their poor work practices. Once your roof is completed and they leave the area your warranty is null and void as they see it.
