Y & F Mini Mart â??

I bought an item that was $and used my debit card not my credit card and the man charged me a $grocery fee since my purchase was under $I explained to him that it is wrong to do that and he continued to say he can charge the feeThere is no sign in the window or any of the building stating these bogus charges and that is twice in one day he has done this costing me a dollar for groceries I didn't buy!
