Had this wireless provider for a few months. Had lots of problems with streaming. Complained a few months ago. In February my debit card was compromised so BOA issued a new card. BOA sent me a list of places that I had auto pay. This company was not on that list. I thought I had our checking account registered with them. I never received a phone call or notice that I needed to up date this until last night. We were having a lot of problems again last night. I sent Nick a message. He called me back to inform me that they were going through a maintenance period last evening. He then proceeded to tell me about the debit card. I told him I had received no notice about this. I immediately gave him to new card number and he ran it for March & April. After he does this he said to me that I had complained and was not happy with their service so he was dropping us as a customer immediately. He told me that my satellite dish would no longer work effective last night.

Here we are in a lock down Pandemic, we are Senior Citizens with 7 year old who needs to connect with his class through Zoom. We always paid our bill through auto pay, never a problem, until our debit card was compromised. I even referred two customers to this Company. All I did wrong was complain about the speed I was getting. What company would cancel service for complaining during stressful situations like these.
