Review: January 2, 2014 [redacted] of Xtreme Tree & Lawn Care came to my house to cut down a tree. I paid him a check for $950.00. He started cutting the tree down, he left and said he would be back next week, never showed up. I called him, he then came on January 18 and cut the rest down, but left it laying in my yard, said his saw broke and he would be back. Today is the 3rd of Feb. he has not come back to finsh cleaning up, so I have this big log laying in my yard. He will not return my calls. The numbers on the web sight have been disconnected. His brothers phone, [redacted], number also disconnected. I don't want to have to spend more money for someone else to come in and finish the job and haul the wood away. He also sold 2 loads of the wood to my neighbor, but I do not have a problem with that. He did not tell me he did that, my neighbor told me, when I confronted him, he confessed.Desired Settlement: I would really like him to get to my house and finsh the job.

Review: I bought a [redacted] deal for leaf, branch, and debris cleanup ($69) as well as gutter cleaning ($37) and have tried mutliple times over the past 5 months to contact the company to schedule an appointment but all I receive is a voicemail which states that they are too busy and will return the call within 48 hours. I have left multiple messages on the answering machine with no call back and one time I finally was able to reach someone and they made an appointment for me and then never showed up. I took off the day from work for this and apparently this business doesnt care about it customers or what they have to go through with this company. I have since that time tried to call many more times but all I receive is the answering machine and never a call back to any of my messages.Desired Settlement: I would like my total of $106 back which I spent for the services purchased from either living social which I have opened a complaint case on this company or from the company itself. I also believe they should compensate me for the time I had to take off from work when they never showed up.
