I had made a claim with my insurance and chose that shop as my shop of choice it has been more than two months and the shop is not fixing my truck and the insurance is saying they have cashed that check so they cant refund the money

My car was repaired at this shop, after getting my vehicle back I noticed that my head like were not properly placed back on as well as gaps between my bumper where it was supposed to be replaced. My navigation system also no longer works properly, every time I plug my phone up to the system, it reboots itself and does not turn back on until I restart my vehicle. My car also goes slower now I have to apply pressure to the gas to get up to 20 mph. I have been in contact with the owner numerous times as well as my insurance, he never returns calls or keeps his word.
