Xtreme Landscaping

Campbell Property Management in Tamarac uses the Xtreme Landscaping company. When I was getting nowhere with the property management company for six months. I contacted Xtreme directly as Campbell Property Management Company gave me the contact information.

I believe they may have been on site since November of 2019 or before. I have lived here a year in May. My irrigation has not been working for over six-plus months. I spoke to Steve the last time on Friday, June 26th as he assured me the sprinklers were fixed again. He indicated the sprinklers would come on Friday at Midnight on June 26th.

This never happened. He told me that I have working sprinklers and that they only come on at certain times during water restrictions and blamed it on prior rain. He never performed a wet test.

He spoke to me on the road prior to June 26, 20. He never came up to my property, so he could not be recorded on the Ring. This company has been deceptive from the get-go.

I had a Revdex.com rated Landscaping company come out to confirm the irrigation is not working and the grass is dead which can lead to chinch bugs.

I confirmed with other neighbors that DO have working irrigation. The neighbor on one side of me does not have Irrigation, and I will be asking the neighbor on the other side. We live on the canal side. I understand there is a box there that they been working on.
