their receipt that orders are not PROCESSED until 7-10 business days AFTER the sale period is over.  So if the sale is on from May 1 - May 15 we don't begin sending out merchandise until earliest May 22 latest May 25. They are aware of this however some customers don't read their receipt or the page when placing their orders.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  However, I do believe that the business is wrong in stating that I did not read the order page on the shipping information. I ordered my item in April, not May. Also, nothing was done and no response was given from the business when requested until a complaint was filed with the Revdex.com. But, I am satisfied now that I have finally received my purchase.
