Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: HOW MANY PEOPLE WERE DOUBLE CHARGED AND DIDNT CATCH IT, IF THE OWNER HAD NO IDEA ABOUT MY TRANSACTION UNTILL I BROUGHT IT TO THEIR ATTENTION?MY MONEY WAS CREDITED BACK TO MY ACCOUNT BUT IT WAS ALMOST SIX FULL WEEKS LATER! My credit card machine was a newer machine, and through the season there were a couple transaction problems with debit cardsIt was brought to our attention that a customer was charged twiceI had no idea it happened, and after going over our process we have fixed this issues within our business I called our card services provider and found out it had four customersWe have been in workings with our card services provider to get the money sent back to their debit cardsI spoke to Jason and left a couple messagesHe did call me back and I missed his callEverything has been resolved, and we apologize for the inconvenience
