We booked an event for July 20th. On July 19th we received a call from Candessa that the facility had failed an inspection and the party would have to be canceled or relocated to their other facility. We were informed that even if we had the event at an alternate location that they were going to refund our fee's of $510. I did receive a correspondence text from a "Renee" on 10/3 that stated the company was in the process of being purchased, they were waiting for a tax ID #. I was asked for a Paypal or Venmo id so they could send money. I gave them the information requested. Since 10/3 I have tried numerous times via email, text and voice mail to get a response on the payment processing and have from no one since. I feel as if we are now being intentionally ignored.
Xtreme Challenge Arena did not provide services that I paid for in advance.
I am asking for a refund of $225 for the week of Aug 12-16th because Xtreme Challenge Arena couldn’t provide camp for my son which was previously reserved and paid for.
On June 6th, I signed up for two weeks of camp. The week of July 15th - July 19th & July 29th - Aug 2nd. I paid a total of $550, which was discounted price when signing up for two weeks.
One day prior to July 15th, I received an email stating that that camp will not be open because the company is in the midst of moving facilities. This move was not communicated to me prior to that day, I had absolutely no idea, there was no communications of it and it wasn't even listed on the website when I signed up for the camp. I had to arrange last minute care for my child for that week. A $100 Drop-In voucher was issued to me for the inconvenience and I was offered to rescheduled for another week, I chose to reschedule for the week of Aug 12-16th.
I had also signed up my son for all day camp for Aug 5th (which should have been fully covered by the $100 Drop-In voucher).
This has been an incredibly unpleasant experience, from the move, to canceled camps and now me having to hound you guys for a refund for services that you didn't provide.
