Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2015/10/30) */
Customer had already put altenators on his carwe diagnosed the car as a computer needing replaced and reflashed upon doing this the car was charging like it was supposed toHe called me about minutes later and told me that it wasnt
chargingI told him I would take care of it we may have gotten a bad computer so I replaced it and again it starting charging so I let it run for minutes and about minutes into it running it wasnt charging againI found some wiring that was melted so I ordered a wiring harness for itAt this point I have about hours into diagnosing this car and a wiring harness on top of thatSo far I have been giving him all my diagnostic work for freeI also found a loose wire in the fuse boxwhich I fixed and replacedHe was complaining how long it was taking and I let him know that I cant keep giving away all my diagnostic time and partsWhat appears that happened was from the installation of the alternators one of these alternators was over charging and the car has multiple problems.I let the customer know that he needs to either pick up the car or start paying me for the xtra diagnostic time that I had been giving him for free.on 9/23/ I asked him to come get the carwhen he brought me the car it wasnt charging at all now it charges but there are more underlying problems and requires more workAs far as his tires flathis tires are leaking air and they go down after a day or two

I am the manager. In 05/2014, I sold the customer an engine and it was delivered one month later. He agreed to make payments because he didn't have all the money at once. I received a bad engine and I called the custom to tell him I was having a...
hard time finding an engine so I would rebuild his engine and he agreed to that. When I did this, I did not realize it was police interceptor motor so it had special rings that I had to order and wait on. I called the customer and let him know. It took 3 weeks to get the rings. The customer said to work on it at my leisure because he did not have all the money. He was not in a hurry and wanted it done right. I didn't work on the car for 4 months and he called and asked me for an update. He said he was not in a hurry but was just checking on the status. About 1.5 months later I started to work on the Car and found gunk in the gas tank and had to replace the fuel pump and gas tank. The customer agreed and I had to wait for the parts. He made payments on 05/19/14, on 07/29/14 and on 09/23/14. I called the customer to tell him the car was ready and he picked it on 12/4/14 and paid me in full. He picked up the car and about 4 hours later he called and said it was not running right. I went to where he was with the car and looked at the car. I told him I had to take the car back to the shop. There was gunk in the fuel lines that got into the engine and messed up the engine. I told him I would give him labor for free and he would pay for the parts but I had to work on it when I had time. The car sat for so long it had rusted and that is what messed up the engine. His nephew got involved and he decided it was taking too long and took the car out of here.
