I only agreed to a free sample.
Misleading advertising.
Don't want to buy their product.
Tried a sample of product. Discontinued auto monthly shipments in Dec 2017. HOWEVER,billing for Jan and Feb continued, but NO product was mailed/shipped. I have contacted my bank to place a stop payment on Feb $170+ (pending) and attempting to recoup Jan's $170. And a random $9+ charge too.
Attempted both phone numbers listed for company and states it is disconnected. This is a product that was advertised and endorsed by Shark Tank. I plan to contact ABC production too.
Product_Or_Service: Eye and Face Wrinkle Cream
Refund I want my $350+ dollars back in my account. Not only does their product not do what it claims, but they continue to bill even after cancelling and send no product. At least if they would have sent product I would have been aware of the issue last month.
