Xstream Inspections is the only inspection company I refer, [redacted] and [redacted] are awesome! I trust whatever they tell me 100%. They are always extremely honest, and always VERY throrough-which is great, especially for my first time home buyers! I love that they take time to go over everything in detail with my buyers, making sure to explain any trouble spots or to explain the difference in "issue" vs "not up to code". Sal is awesome, too, always patient!!!! And they always get our inspections scheduled within a day or two, which is important in this crazy market with shortened option periods. I am a first time home buyer and I hired XStream ([redacted]) for doing my home inspection. [redacted] & Dave were very thorough about their job and looked into very minute details. They were extremely patient in explaining to us different components in the house and in the report. [redacted] also accommodated us for a last minute schedule change and was genuinely good interacting with us during the whole process. I would highly recommend her company for home inspection and would definitely work with her in the future.

I have used this company for residential inspections on both my personal home and the home for my daughter. Today we used the company again for the first time on a commercial inspection of one of my client's properties. You won't find a better connected company with a wonderful database on reliable contractors. They are very affordable, detailed oriented and patient to explain the ins and outs of your property and a no nonsense approach to fixing any problems. [redacted] was my inspector this time around. This was my 1 yr warranty inspection and [redacted] was amazing in the inspection , last time it was Sal who was great too.
