Go see John in the Harrison store. He's always there, and gets back to you right away if you miss him. Got me a great deal after getting the runaround elsewhere.
I can't say this enough, if you are going to do business with them, do business with the HARRISON STORE (google them!). The store in Clare is so disorganized and chaoitc. The guy who runs the Harrison store seems to be the only one within their whole organization who knows what they're doing. He fixed all of my issues that were caused by the store in Clare. He went above and beyond.
My friend wanted internet service put in at her residence and was told that she could have it installed for $60 so I, ***, handed the owner of Xsell Communications ***, the $60 cash, directly to his hand and then he sent me a text to my phone as a receipt of the money for the internet. Jeremy ***, the owner I handed the money to, was given the money on April 12th, 2019 and told my friend that it would be within the week. It is now June 6, 2019 and still no internet. I have been trying for over a month to get Jeremy to either put the internet in or give me back the money. He is refusing to refund my money, he is trying to say that my friend needs to pay me. I told him that because he didn't provide the service I paid for he owes me a refund of my $60.
Refund I want my money back because my friend had to struggle and find some other way to get the service. I also want other consumers to know to watch out for the way he runs his business.
The Money was returned to ***, and further policy was put in place to ensure this miscommunication does not happen again

John in the Harrison location was really helpful and got me a good deal on tv and internet. I really suggest going to him for all of your needs. He is very through with pricing and plans. Can't say enough good things about him and his store.
