Horrible. When he came to our residence to give us a quote he seemed legitimate. Showed us his license, website, and a presentation of the whole process from start to finish. However, after signing a contract and submitting a deposit it was downhill from there. He continued to miss scheduled appointments, was non-responsive to calls and text, and just horrible at communicating in a whole. We never knew what was going on, because he said he would do one thing, but never do it. When him and his crew finally came to do "work". They knocked down a wall and did some electrical work. After doing so, he "realized" the original plan that was discussed was not possible. I am highly upset that he would even begin work without having a thorough plan like he said he had. After that, nothing got solved, he looked to us to come up with a new design, and very little work was done. The only time he was effective in communicating is when he needed the deposit and other payments. Do not recommend at all.
