Horrible service. No prior assessment of the home so they brought a truck to small and could not move all the items out of the house they broke several items including a desk, several lamps, and stole other valuable electrical devices that total the value of the amount we we're charged to move us. They had to send a second crew the next day because the first crew left so much stuff in the house that we need a whole other truck to get items out of the house they told us that since they left all the stuff in our house that as a courtesy they would send the second crew to finish for $*** yet they still took $*** from the bank account. This second moving crew had one rude disrespectful individual who decided it was a good idea to throw every from the upstairs down to the bottom of the stairs piled up on top of the other things. We were so dumbfounded that we took pictures and were not surprised that in the process of him tossing things down the stairs that we watched him break an item. Then preceded to load it into the truck in pieces after taking a moment to pretend to try and fix it( time we were charged for). When it was all said and ***e he argued that the second truck was also full because he couldn't stack things on top of each other even though he was throwing things on top of one another down the stairs. We saw a huge space on the truck allowing for tons more things and he wouldn't even attempt to load our ironing board that would have fit anywhere. When they were ***e we then still had to take several car trips to clear the items that were left behind. We were over charged and this was after they told us to take back the truck we rented after the first incomplete job so they could charge us againnfor a second crew. I would like to have our items returned and have our money refunded. They after two days and two moving crews were unable to clear a 3br house. Destroyed and stole several items and we still had to finish moving our self's past the move out date.

Called business spoke with ***. He stated that the 1st move took longer than expected because of the amount of belongings and that the apartment was located on the 4th floor with no elevator. He stated that a 2nd trip was required and a charge by the hour was applied. For the 1st 2 hours @ $*** dollars and $*** for any additional hours. He stated that the second move didn't have any insurance coverage. *** indicated for any claim issues that a claim will have to be filed with Trusted movers.
