I purchased a puppy that was up to date on shots and was being delivered by this company 3 days ago. The company stated that they gave this puppy 3 vaccination shots that I had to pay for plus I had to purchase a $600 crate to ship said puppy in. This $500 would be refunded once the puppy was delivered to my home. The total with the shots and crate was $630. I explained to this company that I was unaware of these charges and that the person I bought puppy from had already paid shipping. Long story short the puppy has been with company and they refuse to ship. This puppy is being delivered to me, I have expressed to them that I do not want this crate and to instruct the delivery driver to take said crate with them after delivery. They are keeping this puppy hostage for money. This is cruel and inhumane treatment. I have also contacted the previous owner, ASPCA, and AKC. I have not been able to contact anyone at this transport company by telephone, email, or website. I believe that it is a fraudulent company.

Delivery I would like my puppy to be delivered to me
Company was suppose to deliver a puppy to my home. When they first contacted me they said that we needed to pay $*** for insurance for the dog to travel. We paid the money and waited for them to give us the tracking info. Then they contacted us again and said we needed to pay $750 for a crate because the one the dog came in was not sufficient enough for the travel and that we would get all our money back upon delivery. They would only keep 10% for the crate rental. Once we paid that they then stated that we needed to pay $450 for the dog to be vaccinated for travel. I did not pay that. Now they are threatening to abandon the dog and sue us.
Refund I would like a refund of all the money I paid for the dog.
