Update:
Yesterday I received the registration for the 2003 Ford Ranger we purchased from Xphoria Motorsports.
It would appear that the title is being processed now by the DMV and should receive that shortly.

It's finally done and you can pickup registration & tags tomorrow. Title will come from DMV in about two weeks maybe less. This has been the most problematic vehicle to register and I'm very sorry.
