Dear Ms. [redacted]: Reference: Revdex.com Case # [redacted]This letter is in response to your
letter dated August 4, 2015 regarding a customer complaint...
which you received
for resolution. This case is referenced
as Revdex.com Case # [redacted].My prospective client, [redacted] first contacted me via text on March 21, 2015. After the text, I verbally spoke with her and
explained to her what was needed in order for me to repair her credit. On March 21, 2015, I sent her a contract and
step by step instructions on what she needed to provide to me in order to
fulfill the contract. She paid me
$375.00 on March 21, 2015. I did not
receive the documents that I had requested in the specified time period to
fulfill the contract. For the third
time on May 14, via text message, I informed her again of
the documents needed for fulfilling the contract. On June 1, 2015, I again sent her another
contract and directions on what documents to submit to Xpert Credit Counseling. Each contract that [redacted] received from me contained the following verbiage: “Requested
qualifying documentation such as Driver’s License and/or State ID card, Social
Security Card, in addition a combination of 2 of the following documents
(Utility Bills, Pay Stub and/or Bank Statement) must be receive d by Xpert
Credit Counseling within 30 days from the date of payment or this contract will
be null and void”On July 21, 2015, she sent requested
documents with the exception of the Social Security Card, along with a signed
contract. With the receipt of payment on March
21st, I immediately proceeded to do what I could on her contract
without receiving the documents required. [redacted] acknowledges in her complaint that she forgot to send the
required documents based on the contract and the instructions for doing
so. So she must have seen the contract and
communicated with me. As the partnership
of client and provider should be a positive one, it is expected that both
parties should comply with their responsibilities based on the contract. [redacted] failed to cooperate on her
part by not sending the required documents.
As of the above date, the required documents have not been
received. I therefore feel that it is
not justified that [redacted] be
refunded her payment based on the time frame for receiving documents, thus
violating the 30 day rule in the contract. ...⇄ Sincerely, ...⇄ Xpert

Review: I received information about "Ms. Lorna" and her ability to repair/delete negative accounts on credit reports. I contacted her via text to secure her services. We spoke briefly and I wired her the $375 fee. Ms. Lorna immediately began the initial process of obtaining my report in order to begin the repair process. A month went by without any correspondence and I reached out to inquire on April 15th. With no response from her, I sent another text on May 14th. She informed me at that time she had not received the information she requested from me; which I honestly forgot to send. As of then, I had not received a contract or any other information to substantiate her business. She mailed out the contract in June 2015 and I returned it to her along with the other information needed. My issue with XPERT CREDIT COUNSELING is their/Ms. Lorna's inability to effectively communicate with clients-especially those who have paid the required fee in full. Our correspondences have all been initiated by me the customer. Her lack of response and follow-up has made me feel extremely uneasy since this business has all of my personal information. As a customer, my negative experience is based on her inability to adequately communicate effectively and provide a positive experience for those seeking their services.Desired Settlement: Return my money.
