Hi [redacted] , I am very sorry to hear about your experience and I understand your frustrationWe at XPAL Power strive to achieve the ultimate customer service experience, and always keep that idea and the customer in mindIn our terms and conditions on our website, it states “Items purchased through daily deals sites such as Groupon, LivingSocial, Woot etccarry a limited 30-day warranty on both product and battery ” found here: http://www.power-skin.com/terms.php Since the Groupon deal specifically stated a day warranty in the fine print, we honored a day warranty instead of the standard day warranty for this particular productIf the item was purchased directly from us, we would be able to honor our year warrantyHowever, we do not define the warranty on another retailer’s website I apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding in this matter [redacted] Customer Service Manager
