My wife accidentally ordered event tickets online through this companyI tried to cancel immediately after her order, but the company was only available for contact through emailThe following day, they responded by email that a refund is not possible

The night before an event, I attempted to purchase tickets through Xorbia for one of two days with a particular theme at the Georgia Renaissance FestivalIt asked me to register and to click on an emailed link to verify my email addressThe link will not load on either of my two browsersNo ad blockers were turned onFurthermore, a second email confirmed the purchase and sent me a download link for the ticketsThat link did not work either and neither browser could open the linkBoth URLs started with "Mandrill App" which has kept me and others from confirming my email address at other sites, one of which communicated with me and said they were going to disable it because of problemsI logged in to Xorbia's main site that same night and found a page that would list my purchasesIt said there were none
I wrote them that evening, and went to the event the next day, having to pay at the gateOn MONDAY someone sent me tickets by email, too late to use for the themed weekendAnd said NO REFUNDSMy charge card had been charged
