I cancel the service and requested a refund for the months charged and the company sent me a check for $3.46..
The company charged me $22.00 to $36.00 dollars a mont; since April.
I was told I would be refund for the months charged but today 9/27/2017 I was told the company had to Bill me because the rendered the services.
I have Com Ed for electric. The company was illegally assigned to me.. They did not have my right email address they only had my phone number. I never signed up for the service and immediately called and cancelled once I saw the charge on my bill.

I was not aware that because I did not read my e-mails that Zoom Energy could re-enroll me to a new contract for 36 months with out my consent, binding me to a termination fee of 200.00 dollars should I decide to cancel my contract.

I am being over charged for Gas delivery. I never agreed to have Zoom continue charging me for 3rd party service at this rate. It is unethical and illegal to charge me $631.62 for delivery of my South Jersey Gas when my Gas bill was only $103.62. You do not have written authorization to continue to charge me or have the authority to charge me ever. This needs to stop, no one returns my call. You are falsifying information and misleading people and basically raping us and then expect us to pay for a service that we are already paying our utility company. I am demanding that these charges stop at once and remove the charges from my account. I am at risk for my South Jersey Gas bill being shut off because of your charges.
