I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  Sorry I couldn't figure out how to respond back to  you thru the emails?  this finally gave me an option to respond.  YES , We have resolved the issue, after I mentioned I was reporting them and that If I didn't have my product by that friday I wanted a refund. all of a sudden they gave me an option of another color that was available..Thank you Revdex.com for helping me resolve this and get a reaction from them.
