star ?? is to much of a good rating for this company...The absolute worst company I've ever dealt with....very very very unprofessionalNo return calls left plenty of messages and they simply ignored my calls They finally showed up, saw the AC panel removed so they simply denied to service our AC and left So I called and called and just ignored all my calls They couldn't even keep their 9-appointmentShowed up hours late Incompetent folks employed here Where is the customer service? Return your calls Don't bother with this company I'd rather sit in degree heat....wait, that's what we've been doing for days because they failed Bigly.....but feels better than dealing with them calls to the technician - all ignoredmore calls with messages to main office...ignored
