I am rejecting this response because:You stated that having my brother and/or I didn't have to do tech support? The second system was improperly overclocked. Why would I want your techs to improperly overclocked it again? Your company forgot to supply and hook up the necessary wires to make the DAC work properly. Was tech support going to magically make a wire appear and magically install it for me? No it would have require me sending the PC a second time because your company got it wrong TWICE!I've sent the PC back yesterday. I suggest you expedite the refund and stop trying to avoid the truth in this matter and infuriating me with your replies.
