XGT Fitness

Hi everyone,

I had joined XGT Fitness back in December to get in shape. I liked their programs and services. I signed up for their services with a contract because it was more cost effective. I attended their classes in December and then in January, I could not. I had a miscarriage at that time and the doctor told me not to engage in the exercise program for 4-6 weeks. I talked with XGT on this issue, but they said I would have to pay double to cancel my program and the system didn't allow for any other changes. I could not attend for many months because I ended up getting pregnant again and having another miscarriage. Also, my back went out and I could not walk for many weeks. However, because of my contract, they said they could not do anything. They could not freeze it or even give me any monies back or credit me for the months I missed attending. I tried cancelling a month ago, but I would have pay. And then in March Covid happened and closed all the non-essential businesses, including this gym, yet I was still being charged because of my contract. Why should I keep paying for something that I cannot use because of Covid-19? We are ordered to stay home. It was not possible for me to continue their classes from home either.

I have had many contracts before from other gyms and personal trainers. They were really good with working with me and if I ever had an issue, I always received my money back. I find this business is not sincere with its consumers and does not try to make their customers happy. I would like my money back please.
