Business response taken over the phone by Revdex.com staff (**) Frank S [redacted] indicated the following: 1) Job was completed three (3) years ago in 2) There are no guarantees or warranties on cement work 3) Consumer contacted the business to perform the job and they could have gone elsewhere 4) No refund will be issued to the consumer 5) Consumer was aware prior to the job there was no warranty because you cannot warranty cement (please read contract again) before the work began
