No response from customer service after over 15 hours after trying to fix my account
They allow you to but without 2 factor authentication but you cant withdraw and when I contacted customer service to chance my phone number but they never respond after over 15 hours.
I want access to be able to withdraw bitcoin after customer service finally reply or i will still keep my reversal on paypal and get my money back

Upon reviewing all relevant correspondence, it looks like one of our team members got back to you the next day and were able to help you change your phone number on your account and remove the reversal. I purchased bitcoin from this company and they will not refund the money or interest even though I have shown them proof of my purchases.
On August 19,2017 I purchased bitcoin through a secured website X coin. When I recently went to sell my investment they stated they did not have the investment in their system. I provided proof through PayPal but they still refuse to refund the initial investment and the interest earned on my transactions. I have been in contact with them several times without resolution.

Please be advised that xCoins is a peer-to-peer platform, which means bitcoin is provided by other users. xCoins does not sell bitcoin; it comes from users who have signed up as bitcoin lenders on our site. This also means that payment is sent directly to our lenders, never to xCoins.
Paypal processes these transactions and they require disputes to be filed within 180 days of your payment. However, you contacted us as well as Paypal about a transaction that took place over 2 years ago. If you have issues with any future transactions, please reach out to us within 6 months of your purchase. For your loss, we have fully reimbursed you.
Xcoins claims that you can do bitcoin transactions using paypal, however, they don't warn users that it can result in Paypal account cancellation
I started used Xcoins on December last year, after using it for 21days or so, Paypal cancelled my account because using Xcoins is against Paypal policy. I contacted Xcoins for help and for their answer I can tell they are familiar with this kind of issues and I am not the only one, however they don't warn users that paypal can permanently cancel their account and keep advertising their service as a safe way to get bitcoin with paypal, even though it clearly violates paypal's policy which is resulting in users being punished by paypal. Also after I contacted them they left me on my own with Paypal, they did not provide any help
Not having access to my Paypal account has caused many issues for me in the last months, including the lost of my personal business. I need xcoins to give me a solution, mediate with Paypal so i can get my account back and stop advertising their site as safe way to get bitcoin with Paypal. If I don't get my Paypal account back, I will pursue legal action against xcoins, because they mislead me and many other users into doing business that is against Paypal policy and thus getting our accounts cancelled. They don't even mention on their website that customers risk losing their Paypal accounts forever. If I cannot get my account back I will pursue legal action against xcoins and demand financial compensation

I have contacted your customer support service many times, while they are friendly, they haven't really helped, they have left me on my own dealing with Paypal, which have been impossible, Paypal says there is no way I can get my account back which is really affecting me.
Xcoins needs to stop promoting this fraud, they never mention the risk of your paypal account being cancelled and they are not helping me get it back, this is really hurting my personal finances. Not only they need to stop doing this but they also need to help customers like me that were victims of their fraud and lost their paypal accounts for life.
I will not accept any response until I get my paypal account back and if it doesn't happen I will pursue legal action and demand compensation for the lost of my Paypal account. Just because some customers are lucky and don't lose their Paypal account doesn't mean your business is legit.

I have written to Xcoins Inc. Many of times to try and get help to unlock my account and get access to my funds but still no help. T
My account on Xcoins was either Hacked or Locked by xcoins. I have contacted there support team and I have not received any help yet. I had a lot of funds in my account that I cannot access. also they said the a purchase I made went through and they gave me a shipping number and when I checked it, and the block-chain site says the tracking number don't exist. I have written many of times and have had poor customer service responses. Id like a full refund of my money and access to my account.
I am seeking a full refund of $500.00 and asking that Xcoins fix my account and allow me access to my money. I have proof of purchase and documents along with emails they sent me telling me to just reset my password, which I did about 6 times and still nothing. I have proof that the $500.00 transaction was not received by me and that the confirmation number they gave me don't exist. I have already filed a complaint to pay-pal and my bank and now i'm filing with the Revdex.com. Its been almost a month and a half already and my Issue has not been resolved. I have many of transactions that haven't gone through but cant get the information because i'm locked out of my account. Because you notified us that your account was compromised, we advised you to change your passwords right away. Upon checking your account, we noticed you made a chargeback on a successful transaction, which is why your account was automatically limited. Once you found who accessed your account, you moved on to claim that there was an unconfirmed withdrawal transaction that you sent to your other wallet address.
After checking all of your recent wallet transactions, we were unable to locate any unconfirmed transactions. We have shown you your most recent withdrawal and deposit transactions being confirmed on the blockchain, and we have provided you with valid links to every one of them.
The last message that was sent to you by our support was a request of the transaction ID of the withdrawal or of any documents you could provide us, but you never replied. I deposited a $27.00 to my xcoins account. However the money never got applied to my balance and they still owe me this money I deposited.
On 10/14 I made a deposit of $27.00 in the form of bitcoin to my xcoins wallet.The transaction number is *** this number is how they refer to particular transactions.( xcoins allows users to sell their digital currency.) When I sent the bitcoin it took about 10 minuets for the transaction to be confirmed on the *** which holds record of all transactions sent & recieved. I received an notification email from xcoins stating my deposit was successful. However when I went on my account I noticed the money wasn't in my balance. I sent an email to support stating the issue and their response 3 days later was, " I see your transaction was successful" and thats it. I was baffled so I emailed again saying it wasn't and to check my account. I then received a second email stating the same thing. Since then I have sent 2 or 3 more emails detailing what is wrong and I have not received any response since the second email.

this address is my xcoins wallet, the problem is I do not have access to this wallet, xcoins is suppose to put these funds in my account and they refuse to do so. I have explained countless times the issue in detail but I don't even think they read my emails or else the issue would be solved.
