Xclusive Auto Sales & Security

I purchased a car from Xclusive Auto Sales Sept 9,2019. I haven't received a title or plates for the vehicle. The plates expired Dec 2019. I've contacted Mr.G at Xclusive Auto numerous times about not receiving any written info about the car. Mr.G would give me some reason on why the paperwork hasn't come. I became frustrated with this situation so I told Mr.G I no longer want the vehicle because he hasn't produced any paperwork. Mr.G agreed and instructed me to park the car at his old shop lock it up and take the key until he can repay me for the car. I've called Mr.G and texted him. He has not responded till this present day which brought me here to get help.
