The study questions provided by this site is quite helpful. The Study package included a PDF format and a free interactive Test Engine software called Xengine App (the app name sounds pretty Chinese) which I found it very helpful and more fun to study from due to it is interactive nature. It helped me pass my exam.

This exams is a total fraud. The questions and answers are all misguided and false. If you fail there is no money back garauntee like the way they claim. Never ever pay for dumps. They also provide dumps through different sites like myitguides which is from the same company.

I paid $59.00 for a Security + brain dump test engine. When I was having issues getting the download to work, they had no problem returning my emails. After I followed everything they said, I was able to get the test engine to open. I found out that the test engine IS NOT interactive, contrary to what they say. The minute I started asking for my money back they quit responding to my emails.
This is a con and the company is criminal.

When I asked for a replacement or refund, they said no and admitted that they sell a product that contains information they get from many sources without checking it. They are selling a product that is supposed to assist with passing an exam, but it has wrong information.Desired Settlement: Refund of the $39.00 I paid for the product and have them stop advertising that they guarantee the product as they do not have any guarantee.
