My experience with Xcel Training Solutions has been one of frustration and disappointment. There customer service department is non existent, the company does not answer email or phone calls. When I called for help I passed around their office voicemail and was disconnected 3 times.
The directions of going from test to test is confusing especially after you complete the "final" test just prior to the proctored test. -- there is no indication as to how to procure the information or test from the website - no email was sent to me either.
But most important issues I have with their testing is as you progress through the testing and come to the last 3 test, about 40% of the terminology changes. when I cross checked their questions to the training material it did not exist. I had to revery to the internet for a thorough explanation to each questionable term and its use in the industry as well as insurance law..
